LOCATION OF WORK Various locations throughout the City of San Marcos, CA. ESTIMATED BUDGET The estimated overall budget is $500,000.00. PREVAILING WAGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, payment of prevailing wages and compliance with the California Labor Code Sections 1770 et seq is required for this project The Contractor will be required to comply with all of the terms and conditions (including State General Prevailing Wage requirements) prescribed for Contractor performing public works construction projects. DIR REGISTRATION Under SB 854, contractors and subcontractors performing work on public works contracts are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) on an annual basis (July 1June 30). All contractors and subcontractors submitting bids will be required to have registered in advance with the DIR and must meet the minimum program qualifications necessary to be eligible to work on public works projects pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 and Public Contract Code Section 4104. CONTRACTORS LICENSE: The Contractor shall possess at the time the contract is awarded, all licenses referenced in PlanetBids. TERM Maximum of five (5) years.
