Bids will be delivered to and opened at 20 West Lugonia, Redlands, CA, 92374 on above time and date. Bids received after the above stated time will be returned to bidder unopened. A mandatory job walk and meeting will be conducted at REDLANDS EAST VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL POOL located at 31000 E. Colton Ave; Redlands CA 92374 on 8.13.2025 at 10:00 am. Meet in the parking lot near the gymnasium. A California type A or B license or equivalent is required to be held by contractor. Contractor must have current registration with CA Department of Industrial Relations. The Contractor and any subcontractor(s) shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rates of wages to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract. The District is seeking DVBE participation with this bid. The Board of Trustees of the Redlands Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding, to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of labor and materials proposed and their compliance to the plans and specifications, if it be in the best interest of the District.
