NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Alameda is requesting proposals for Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm and Intrusion System, Monitoring, Testing, Inspecting, Repair and Maintenance services at various City facilities. All proposal's shall be submitted in electronic format (PDF) to the City of Alameda's Public Works general mailbox at pw@alamedaca.gov by 2 p.m. on August 19, 2025. Please allow sufficient time to submit and acknowledge the submittal of your proposal. RFP's with a time stamp after 2 p.m. will not be accepted. The Electronic request for proposal for these services can only be obtained from the City of Alameda website https://www.alamedaca.gov/BUSINESS/Bids-rfps.
