NOTICE TO BIDDERS / INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that the governing board (Board) of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District (District) will receive sealed bids for the following services: Bid 202526.01 HLPUSD Swimming Pool Cleaning, Preventative Maintenance and Equipment Repair Services . The Project consists of regular pool service, preventative maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and repairs of the District's four high school pools. Bidders must submit sealed bids on or before 3:00 p.m., August 27, 2025, at the District Office, located at 15959 E Gale Ave., City of Industry, California 91745. At this time, the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: C53 As security for its Bid, each Bidder shall provide with its Bid form a bid bond, cash, cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District , in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. As applicable, the successful Bidder shall pay all workers on the Project not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California. A mandatory prebid conference/jobwalk will be held on August 13, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. at Los Altos High School: 15325 E. Failure to sign in at any location during the prebid conference will render the bid nonresponsive.
