NOTICE INVITING BIDS The Pebble Beach Community Services District will receive sealed bids only at the District Office, 3101 Forest Lake Road, Pebble Beach, CA 93953 until 2:00 PM local time on September 16, 2025, for construction of the Work entitled: PEBBLE BEACH COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The work is to furnish any and all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction completion of the FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, an interior remodel project at the District's administrative offices and maintenance shop. The contract time is 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held on August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
