NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS LEGAL ADVERTISING SERVICES. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation (“City”), will accept sealed bids from qualified newspapers to provide legal notice printing and publishing services for the City. The complete RFB is available from the website at https://www.escondido.gov/purchasing. A sealed bid must be clearly marked with SEALED BID No. 26-25 – Legal Advertising Services and time-stamped at the Finance Department Office, 201 N. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Escondido, CA 92025, before 1 p.m. on the 1st day of June, 2026, to be considered timely. Any bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted. All submitted bids shall become public record upon their delivery to the City. Properly submitted bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on June 1, 2026 at 201 N. Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025, Parkview Conference Room located on the second floor (“Bid Opening”).
