The work includes removal of existing bridge and roadway elements, excavation, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention measures, construction of a reinforced concrete box culvert and retaining wall, installation of aggregate base and hot mix asphalt, guardrail systems, drainage improvements, pavement delineation, reflective thermoplastic striping and markings, and all associated restoration work necessary to complete the project. The work limits are shown on the Project Plans and associated contract documents. Work must be completed within 70 working days. Liquidated Damages for this project are based on Section 8-1.10A of the Caltrans Standard Specifications dated 2024. The work shall be done in accordance with the Standard Plans 2024 and Standard Specifications 2024, of the California Department of Transportation and in accordance with the Special Provisions.
