
Notice is Hereby Given that on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the hour of 7:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City of East Palo Alto Rent Stabilization Board will conduct a public hearing, in-person and via virtual teleconference on the following item: Public Hearing: Adoption of Amendments to Section 600(E) of the East Palo Alto Rent Stabilization Regulations Registration Upon Change in Ownership Location/APN: Citywide Proposed Action: Adopt regulation amending: Section 600 (E) Registration Upon Change in Ownership, adding subsections with required noticing to tenants and disclosure the sale of a property protected under Rent Stabilization and the Just Cause Ordinance. Make any necessary conforming amendments, as the Rent Stabili- zation Board deems necessary.
