
TEMECULA VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE INVITING BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Temecula Valley Unified School District of Riverside County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive prior to 10:00 a.m. on January 16 , 2026, sealed bids for the award of a Contract for the following: BID NO. 202526103/ PROJECT NO. 20252613046 Bleacher Repair and Replacement Services (ReBid) All bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be received in the Office of the Purchasing Department at 31350 Rancho Vista Rd.; Building #32, Temecula, CA 92592, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and place. Any bids received after the time specified above, or after any extensions due to material changes, shall be returned unopened. There will be a mandatory PreBid Conference (Job Walk) on January 06, 2026, at 10 a.m. beginning at Chaparral High School, Welcome Center Entrance, 27215 Nicolas Rd, Temecula, CA 92591 and will visit two additional high schools. Any Contractor bidding on the project who fails to attend the entire mandatory PreBid Conference will be deemed a nonresponsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. No late arrivals. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, the Information for Bidders, the Contract Specifications, and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documents are now on file and may be obtained in the Purchasing Department at the above address, or at www.tvusd.k12.ca.us on the Purchasing Bids webpage. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his / her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. All requests for information and/or clarification and/or substitution requests regarding the bid documents shall be submitted in writing via email to bids@tvusd.us . All requests must be submitted no later than January 09, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Any request made after such date shall not be addressed.
