NOTICE INVITING BIDS Round Valley Indian Housing Authority Tribal Winds Housing Development Phase 5 The Round Valley Indian Housing Authority (RVIHA) invites sealed bids for the Tribal Winds Housing Development Phase 5 Project, located in Covelo, California. Bids will be accepted at the RVIHA Tribal Office, 115 Concow Boulevard #B, Covelo, CA 95482 until 2:00 p.m. on June 25 th , 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The work for this project includes the construction of ten (10) two-bedroom/two-bath (1,120 SF) units and eight (8) three-bedroom/two-bath (1,500 SF) single-story residences, including foundations, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and all interior and exterior finishes. The scope also includes installation of underground utilities, including sewer and water, from the lateral tie-in location to each home. Minor grading and drainage adjustments surrounding each home will be completed to tie into the existing site improvements. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 9, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. on-site at the intersection of Tabor Lane and Little Lake Way, Covelo, CA. The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. License Requirement: California Class A.
