LOCATION OF HEARING: City Council Chamber, City of Mission Viejo, 200 Civic Center, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT P-CUP2026-0003 - A petition submitted by Steve Rawlings, consultant for Rawlings Consulting, to permit a Type 21 (Off-Sale General) License from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) allowing the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for off-site consumption at an existing Chevron gas station mini-market, Extra Mile, that currently sells beer and wine, located at 26302 Oso Parkway, located in the CH (Commercial Highway) zone.
