NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OF PROPOSAL FOR IMPLEMENTING FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY EDUCATION CODE SECTION S 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODES 65995 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE immediately following a public hearing on the matter, a proposed resolution will be considered by the Governing Board of Clear Creek Elementary School District at its regular meeting, June 9 th 2026, at 4:30 PM which if adopted will change the fee to $5.38 per square foot for residential construction and $0.87 per square foot for commercial/industrial construction. Clear Creek collects 57%. The district’s current developer fee rate is $3.07 (57 percent of $5.38) per square foot of residential construction and $0.50 (57 percent of $0.87) per square foot of commercial/industrial construction. Data pertaining to the cost is available for inspection at the District’s administrative office. The fee, if approved by the Governing Board, will become effective on August 10 th , 2026 which is 60 days after the proposed adoption of the resolution levying such fee by the Governing Board.Published: May 28, 2026
