CITY OF WALNUT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public that Walnut's Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing meeting at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in the Council Chambers at Walnut City Hall, 21201 La Puente Road, to receive testimony on the following entitlement(s), which were rolled over from the regularly scheduled May 20, 2026 Planning Commission meeting, due to a lack of quorum: Walnut Business Park (APNS: 8720 024 058; 8720 034 001 to 005; 016 to 020; 024 to 026; & 030 to 035) FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (FEIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2017101010); TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (TTM) 85260; CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2025 003; and DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT A proposal to redevelop an existing 23 acre business park into a multi building office/warehouse project, consisting of four (4) tilt up buildings. The total project building square footage proposed is 414,778 square feet, which is only a net increase of 57,234 square feet. The subject site is generally located at the northeastern corner of Lemon Avenue and Valley Boulevard within the M1; Light Manufacturing Zoning District.
